Powered by an engine from a 1993 Ford F-150 Pickup, not to mention the chassis as well, The Big Banana Car is a hand-built motorized street legal banana that is over 23 feet long. It was created by Steve Braithwaite and the Mutant Brothers to tour the United States in style.
The Matchbox Big Banana Car debuted for the 2020 1-100 mainline under the MBX Jungle Series in Yellow. The banana is removable from the truck. The casting as a number of MB1197 and been in production ever since.
